Hello Good Doggos,
Back again for my monthly backer update. No big news from me this month, the team continues to work behind the scenes but it can sometimes seem like slow going from our perspective.
If you want more information right from the source, the best place to hear about the anticipated Realms of Pugmire projects is in Onyx Path's annual virtual convention!
Onyx Path Virtual Gaming Convention 2025 is just around the corner! As they enter the final weeks of preparation, the schedule is settling in. Some panels and actual plays needed minor tweaks, which is normal for this stage of the game. People’s availability shifts and schedule issues bubble up, but so far they’ve been able to roll with the punches pretty easily and are on track for a smooth, fun, and informative show!
They’re also getting games for attendees to play ramped up via Startplaying.games. There are already a few games set up, and your encouraged to consider setting one up yourself, if you like running games! It’s a great opportunity to try out games you might not otherwise get the chance to, meet new players, and make a few bucks. Onyx Path's partners at Envoy who run convention games for them will also be running games via Startplaying.games and those entries will be showing up very soon at https://startplaying.games/event/onyx-path-2025!

March 2025 Update

Hello Good Doggos,
As we slide into the final days of March, it's time for our regular monthly update. At this point in the process, many of these will start to be pretty familiar. Onyx Path, like most of the industry, has had some challenges locking down quotes or schedules from printers over the past several months as markets shift around the globe, but recently Rich wrote about some new partners they're hoping to forge some solid relationships with for the long term. Fingers crossed we'll see movement on our Realms of Pugmire hardcovers soon.
And even as we keep a watch on that, there are still Stretch Goal rewards in the art phase; looking forward to seeing those move to layout and eventually into our hands. So, incremental progress behind the scenes, lots of good stuff still to come.

Pugmire Conversion Guide PDF
So you have Pugmire and want to use the newest rules presented in Realms of Pugmire? Or maybe you have an adventure or supplement written for Pugmire, and want to update the material? This short supplement can help you get a sense of what needs to be changed chapter-by-chapter between Pugmire and Realms of Pugmire. It doesn’t cover absolutely everything, but this should give you a good start on converting most everything from the previous books.
I know many of you added on the 1E bundles when you backed Realms of Pugmire, so this Conversion Guide can help adapt that material to the latest rules set.

I'm going to be sending a redemption link for this file today to all backers who received the Realms of Pugmire PDF as part of their pledge rewards. Since we are using our partners at DriveThruRPG as the host for this, you will need to set up a DriveThru account if you don't have one already. Help Make This Awesome
The design and development teams have done their best to proofread and correct any errors and typos - but some always sneak through. If you catch any typos, incorrect math, visual glitches, and the like, we want to hear about them and correct them before we send the book off to print.
With that in mind, I'd like to introduce the Pugmire Conversion GuideFeedback Form!
They are aware of the Page XX notations - those are left in to replace for the final version once any changes you've suggested are made, so they can reference the correct page if any shifts in layout result.
Onyx Path will keep errata collection open for the next week. Please submit your feedback as soon as possible so the team can get on to finalizing this file and making it available for other Good Doggos!
They won't be collecting errata from other spots, just this specific form.
After any needed corrections are made (based on your feedback!), they will prepare an updated final PDF version of the book and you will receive a notice from DrivethruRPG that you can re-download your file with the latest version.
